這是考試封印前的最後一篇，多貼一些圖片吧！
上個月，從 Tesco 撿回來的 King Oyster Mushroom，1.80GBP -> 0.09GBP；
嗯，就是我們認識的蠔菇之皇 ‧ 杏鮑菇嘛。 =)
四葉：「大口大口吃！」
雖然不是最新鮮，可是非常乾身，肥實完整，
怎樣看都是秘寶，不買的話實在對不起良心！
切開~ 哇，不得了，從來沒看過那麼新鮮乳白的杏鮑菇唷！
(因為在南亞賣的大都被熱壞了…)
順帶一提，這是泡菜國培產的啦。
放一點點橄欖油和牛油，以爆香蒜茸和香芹，
還有兩三粒海鹽、Thyme、鮮磨胡椒；
爆香後，油份會被吸去，此時放入菇菇…(保持中小火乾煎)
趁熱即食！(拍照前忍不住、先偷吃了一塊…)
彈牙脆嫩、香醇細膩，實為一絕！
最後秀一下餓著流口水的夏娜醬… =P

Ken, I won't call it 雞脾菇 lor...
Usually people call it 杏鮑菇~
It tastes really good, can fly without any seasonings,
which it has a natural decent taste!
Anyway, most HK's mushroom are not very fresh,
becoz mushroom are meant to store at cold wet place~

Oyster Mushroom is kind of a family name,
so this one is King Oyster Mushroom in Oyster Mushroom Family~
In HK, saying 蠔菇 is more like another one,
I'll show it in coming post,
which I got from on another sale... XD
