喔，我怎會去買青豆呢？可想而知又就是特價品咧…
數薄片的某特製高級火腿 2.70GBP--->27p，切絲炒；
還很新鮮的開邊青豆條，1.50GBP--->15p，買了兩包切段。
這次還買了芝麻(之前一直忘記買)，芝麻和蒜末同炒，實在其香難擋呀。
話說前日想挑戰「單日200K」，奈何中段多次「游水」，
再加上沒有好好分配速度，回程橫風橫雨，腳踏和後輪故障而重拖；
結果只能夠到距離 180km，時間 9hrs，均速 20Kmh，極速 62.79kmh…失敗告終，差20K！
(順帶一提：London to Birmingham 或者 Cardiff to Birmingham，兩者均是190km。)
難為了 Cadenza 和我的膝蓋，現在兩者均需調理，所以今天是不能去單車集會了。
(難得天氣應該很好、而且路線幽美，殘念)
