上星期到 ASDA 一趟，剛巧見到一份未買過的肉排減價，5GBP--->1.40GBP…
事情是這樣的，最近經常見到 "Venison Steak" 跟牛肉放在一起，包裝也一樣，
所以我一直以為是新的牛排部位專稱。
英文爛透的我實在不知道這是什麼肉，反正看上去不錯吃，於是就帶回家了。
跟牛排一樣的煎法，先在碟上鋪一些
因為這兩塊肉太瘦，完全沒脂肪、只有淡淡的草香，
於是，配上方便的即沖醬汁 Instant Gravy (再加了一些酒、魚醬、香草、老抽、醋…之類)。
肉排跟芝士原來是絕配，以後也要這樣吃…
好了，英文跟我一樣半桶水的朋友，這到底是什麼肉呢？

哎喲…這真不好意思… >w<
怕肉味濃的人才會喜歡吃這個吧？還是牛排比較好吃~~
這純屬無心之失，但買了不吃就更浪費和對不起牠，
所以要盡最大程度去利用牠的犧牲…慢慢的品嚐…(?)
放心，我以後不會再碰牠了。
(最近煮食時開始心有戚戚然…唉…)

dear 鹿 arrrrrrrr.....actually I ate them before, around a week prior to my resignation (that London company...), a relative of my boss brought in a huge huge huge piece of grilled meat and shared with all colleagues, it was like a mini lunch party (well the first and only one I experienced in that company).........and that meat was from a deer hunted, yes, hunted by that guy.... they put the poor killed deer in a large suit case to carry it all the way to London from somewhere in England (forgot). And they joked that I can fit in that suit case too =___='''
